FLEXICORE - FARNHAM
Our Flexicore classes are taught by our chiropractors and have been specifically designed to improve your overall core strength, stability and flexibility.
Before starting your class, you will have a free 15-minute consultation with a chiropractor to highlight any injuries or areas of weakness, so these can be accommodated for in the class.
Beginners: This class is perfect for anyone who has suffered an injury and wants to prevent its return. These basic exercises are closely supervised so you can be sure you are performing them correctly without the risk of repeated injury.
Intermediate: These classes feature exercises designed to improve your overall performance. These are suitable for those who have progressed from the beginners’ class and wish to improve their coordination and athletic ability.
Advanced/Athletes: The advanced classes are based on the same concepts as the beginners and intermediate classes. The advanced classes start at a very high level and aim to challenge even the fittest participants. Using complicated balance based and bodyweight exercises will bring a big benefit to any fitness regime - improving your body’s function and general fitness. Expect a challenge! Exercises can, however, be regressed to cater for any injury recovery or specific issues. This is ideal for those working up to their peak, or if you are active and fit, this is the class for you.
